No-Bake Holiday Spice Ice Cream Pie

Pie is a holiday dessert staple. With so many variations and high calorie ingredients, it is hard to find an original recipe made with wholesome, healthy ingredients. This holiday season, our No-Bake Holiday Spice Ice Cream Pie, using Jawea Horchata’s vegan coconut ice cream, adds a yummy twist to the classic holiday party dessert.

No-Bake Holiday Spice Ice Cream Pie

Step 1:

Pour the bag of Forager Chocolate Chia granola into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes until it is soft enough to press into the pie pan. Press the granola evenly into the pie pan. It will have a few gaps in it so don’t be too concerned about covering the whole thing. Freeze the crust for about 10 minutes or until it is hardened.

Step 2:

Thaw two containers of Jawea Horchata vegan coconut ice cream in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time (remove the plastic seal first). Be very careful not to melt it too much. We are just looking to soften it enough to spread. Don’t microwave for more than 30 seconds total.

Spread one container evenly over the cooled Crust and sprinkle it with allspice. Then spread the other container evenly over the first and sprinkle again with allspice.

Step 3:

Cover the top with flaked coconut and garnish with red walnuts. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.

  • 1/4 cup organic finely flaked coconut
  • 9 ea. red walnuts
  • 9 ea. mint leaves

Instructions
